Simplified privacy notice template for organizers

The organizer adopts it as their own notice, with their identity and contact; Xtarly does not take on the notice. Replace each field in braces with your details. It covers the minimum content of the simplified notice; it does not replace your full notice.

Simplified privacy notice — {organizer's name}

{Name or company name}, with address at {address}, is responsible for your personal data.

Data: name and, if you gave them to us, email, phone, table and number of seats.

What for: to organize the event {event name}, generate your entry pass and record your entry. We do not use them to send you advertising.

With whom: Xtarly Pass generates your pass on our behalf. So you can save it on your phone, the pass data is shared with Apple or Google.

How long: it is deleted or anonymized {30} days after the event.

Your rights: to access your data, correct it, cancel it or object to its use, write to {organizer's email}.
